Anybody know if there is anyone in the UK that makes anything along the lines of the hidden woodsmen haversack. Thanks

You say 'along the lines of' have you had a look at a 'British s10 gas mask bag' occasionally you can find an OG one but generally there are only DPM ones around. They are more or less the same dimensions, they are hard wearing and best of all they are very available and cheap.... you can generally get hold of a more or less brand new one from most surplus stores on e-bay for less than £10 including P&P.

Not British, and I am not sure whether that is an essential quality for you or not, but there are a number of fans of the yugoslavian haversack here, me amongst them, cheap, cheerful and durable. You can pimp them or leave them as they are.
