Someone else using my images commercially without my permission....

hi....just discovered a website using my photography.....its the picture at top in middle with the antler fork handle....i think most regulars on here will recognise the bits of wood in the background and the scattered bits of greenery all on the log round....its what i use in all my product photography....

i'm guessing you missed my incident/thread on bcuk concerning a similar case a coupla years back where a guy was using my imagery+more.....it ended 'very amicably' after i got legal representation....i'm hoping these guys will act decently without my need to get a solicitor involved....

Hope you get it sorted out, we had a similar thing happen a few years back, a high profile job in the city, our pictures of our work, taken from our website were used to represent someone else's work, legal proceedings had to be bought to bring that to a close
