Where to get canvas?

Am looking to get some heavy duty canvas for a bedroll and such, anyone know of any good, cheap suppliers?

Somebody posted a link on here or on British Blades only the other day for canvas. Have a search about and see what comes up.

I did an art course at uni [quite a while ago now] but the art department would sell their canvas [they generally stocked 6-12 oz unprimed] at quite a reduced rate as they bought it wholesale and subsidised in the first place. So if you have any uni's near with an art department could be worth an ask?

new or used? you can pick up old canvas tents for very little at the car boot or on flea bay- you get stacks of cheap canvas off one of these

Their 9oz canvas looks interesting - any idea how windproof it is? (Anyone?) I'm thinking of a home-brew tarp, and who knows with the left-overs.
