Its difficult to tell from the piccy, but the leaves should look like rounded maple leaves.

Not cloudberries but rubus tricolour, often planted around the UK as ground cover. AFAIK the fruit are edibe, I've found them to be a bit plain.
That fits my experience of eating the ones near me. Edible, but not really worth the trouble. Juicy, but not fruity.
