ok, i'm getting fairly close to acquiring a pass out for this one, so time for the cheeky bit. would anyone be able to give me a lift there/back/there and back?

cheers for that steve, little bit out of your way though! there's a few on the list who live close by or have to pass close by to get to north wood. chesterfield/matlock/M1 J29, anyone able to stop off in any of those places?

Looking forward to this meet, I will arrive late Friday :) or as early as possible Sat :(

Any one got any flint going spare? To play with and/or for me to keep.
I have several homemade 'file' steels and a few different types of char cloths if anyone fancies a go.

I know we have a few experts amonst us, I could do with a few tips as I am struggling with traditional flint and steel fire lighting methods. :confused:
