where are the FAQ answers please??

There is an old sticky called 'FAQ Questions' on the legal aspects of hunting, trapping and other wild food gathering :

I thought it would make an interesting read but I can' t find where the answers are.

I assume they are in the site somewhere and if so could a link be included in that thread to them please? (and if it is already there can somebody tell me where it is??)

I posted a sticky in the Fair Game sub forum a while ago, but it was aimed at the types of post that were acceptable on the forum as opposed to the actual legalities of hunting & trapping etc.

To be the most informed you can be (most up to date) I'd recommend a trawl of the Environment Agency, BASC and similar websites as our information can become outdated. I certainly would not want to rely on hearsay and second hand interpretations of what members think is the law, no matter how well intended.

As far as I know the sticky / article you refer to is never written, or if it was it's never been published online.
