Hello everyone,

I have never Forumed or bloged or anything like it in my life but here goes.

I work and do all my bushcraft in North Yorkshire, my workshop where I run my own specialist wood finishing busines is surrounded by several thousand acres of farmland where I have permission to pest controll so I shoot quite a bit. For the first time in my life I have an area of woodland to practice bushcraft, It is a square with lots of Oak and Ash in it, only about three Acres but its out of the way and I can have a roaring fire any time I like.

I recently had my Woodlore knife stolen which I used almost every day for the last nine years, it motivated me to make my own, so in the last four weeks I have bought various blades and made knives and have at least three that are a good replacement and perform well.

I would like to know where people go to camp bushcraft style.
I have found it so difficult over the years to find good locations, in fact I almost invented a new kind of hobby called covert camping, I guess I have been breaking the law although all the land is MOD land in my area and no one seemed to care, although living within the boundries of an army training area did give me some rights of access.

Anyway that kicks of my Bushcraft UK talking thingy.
