Happy Birthday Steve. :red:

Thanks Martin :)

For those that don't know I am very shortly to celebrate my half century  and decided to have a long weekend celebration at Rough Close with friends.

I'd like to say thank you to all those that came along to spend time with me in the woods. I had a great weekend with all of you, thoroughly enjoyed myself and didn't want to come home today.

There were others invited but sadly life got in the way of their coming along but you were missed and you missed a fantastic meet :)

Here's my little gallery of pics as well :)

Looks like a fantastic weekend. Some great set-ups and the food looks very good. Am i right to assume that the English Rarebit is Wayland's Gin Gan Goo? It looks similar. I've tried to reproduce it many times and never even got close to Gary's, which is too die for. We must make it to one of these meets soon

Thanks for sharing the pics

What a great set of pics! That looks like a brilliant fun weekend, and really good to see the wide variety of set-ups. I'm particularly impressed with the communal areas & inventive cooking techniques.

Glad too that Mesquite had a good b'day (mine's not too far off either..)
