Long story short, I'm Craig, a 37 year old guy who spends most of his working life sitting on his backside, and most of his spare time likewise.
February this year saw me embark on a weight loss regime which saw me lose 7 stone and became something other than morbidly obese for what feels like the first time in my adult life.
What I've been looking for alongside weight loss and outdoors hobbies, is a way to disconnect from the outside world and decongest - having some completely alone time without being "available" at all. I think that Wild camping is something that could provide that but having not been a camper previously (not counting awful Festival conditions) I know I have a lot to learn.
