I have been on the hunt for a good winter boot with a removable liner that I can walk long distance in. I think I found what I want but does anyone have any experience with this boot? I seen they use them on the Fjallraven Polar expeditions. Any input will be appreciated? Thanks,

If you want jack of all trades knife that can cave all those things and about anything else you should look into a crooked knife or mocatogun. I have carved all the things you mentioned with mine and a ton of other stuff like bows, axe handles, arrows, I can go on and on, it is an excelent tool.

We dont use a pressure canner, just a boiling water bath. There is alot of stuff you can can with just boiling water. It is not as hard as you would think.

I use 3 in 1 oil on my wave every once in a wile. But like you said it attract dirt and I also dont oil mine often but I do clean it and oil the hinges with 3 in 1 sometimes.
