Thanks for the reply. I tried a search but the terms are to short. I also prefer a full convex grind. Since they are both makers of scandi grinds I was not sure how well a convex would turn out. The leaf custom finish looks amazing for sure! Thanks again.

MEC is the best, I have one here in Halifax and I spend WAY to much time and money there. Great gear, and great prices. Just my plug for the MEC.

I dont know that the leather is contaiminated, just thinking it may be.

I just got off the phone with JVC (my tv is JVC) they say my model will not support PAL, so I guess I am out of luck there. I will contact Woodlore and see what they say about buying the DVD's and having them converted to NTSC.
