Whilst I'm thinking  .

I'm having intermittant problems with internet access - seems to be usual for me just prior to a Mett  - this time the modem's playing silly beggars :deadhorse: . If it takes me a while to respond* I'm not ignoring you - honest :stretcher:

What's conditions like underfoot?

We've had an inch or so of snow (so far). Prior to that, in the past few days, we've had rain and a thaw - under the snow it could be frozen or squishy :dunno: .
I know, that doesn't help much  - however I did find, at the w/e, that the paths which are normally 'damp' (and rutted) around PC11 were still squishy - but they oozed a lot less when stood on/in.

I think it's boats we'll need for this one, the snow's melting pretty fast round here now, and we all know what RC's ground's like, lol ;)

Ok nearly packed, threw away the horrific three month old cheese I found in the bag, and soaking the not-been-washed-for-three-months pots to get the fur off them. Id like to say this isnt a regular occurance with my kit, but Im afraid it is :p

Anyway, I forgot to add my cousin to the list. I thought we were short of women folk.

Good luck to the guys venturing up there tonight. The rain is pretty heavy here at the moment and looks set to stay all day.

Safe journey all and catch you there tomorrow.

I have a pressing engagement with a pint of Guiness in my local tonight so sadly won't be there till tomorrow.
