I went to Wasdale on Friday night after work (12.5 hour shift) which was nice apart from the all the vans and tents etc. When I first arrived the water was choppy and I was just gonna have a wander about and I saw the water was calming down.
I got this a minute or so before the foreground rock was in shadow

So versatile.
After being stuck indoors for a few days I was starting to go a bit stir crazy so decided I'd go out for a walk today regardless of what the weather was doing.
It was raining. A constant drizzle with occasional proper downpours.
So out with the poncho and somewhere to have a quick brew and a 'nana...
