Just been watching Yellowstone on BBC4 again - seen before but very good, I think. Each time I've watched, I end up quite staggered by how utterly plankish educated academics with alphabet soup after their names can be. Not to mention the religious idiots and the romantic idiots. And then there are the idiots who believe there are "bad animals" and "good animals".
And ... it only took us about 160 years to f---k up a good ecology. And ... we're still getting it wrong now!
