6. DESCRIPTION: Unique traditional cutlery of the Yakut / Sakha people, native to Siberia. Flat ground on one side, with a convex grind on the other and a distinctive hammered "fuller" on the flat.
Steel is SHKH15, GCr15 which is comparable to 52100 apparently.
This is the Right Handed version. Well put together, Siberian Elm handle, with nice leather dangler sheath, which has a wooden liner.
