Hi all, Merry Christmas,

Have just got back from the Inlaws and thought I would share this with you.

Grandad knows that I take my 2 kids for walks in the woods etc and bought them the above items so that they could find things out for themselves!

They are child friendly, shower proof, arranged by similarities & are about 12cm diameter.

My 2 are looking forward to our planned stroll tomorrow with new interest!

I have been using both since the autumn and they are ideal for popping in your pocket before a walk.

Prefer the Tree ID swatch as the Flower swatch tends to get stuck as you open it up. Also at this time of year the Tree swatch is handy as it shows each trees bud.

They work well with the FSC ID charts. The kids I work with ID the plants with the FSC chart and then get more information from the swatches about each plant.

Loking forward to the spring when the Flower swatch will start to come into its own.

Cheers

George
