Woodland camping around Sheffield - with fires but not essential.

As the tittle says. Anyone have any access (or details of) woodland in the area that would allow some camping. PM any suggestions you have.

Looks very promising. Quick Internet search reveals they are not the easiest to contact, but you can go through the v
Local library. Worth an email, and a run out sometime to have a look round.

? Is 'geordy' a local Scottish word for a decent sort of chap?
I assume you did not mean Geordie, as they tend to come from Newcastle. That's a little ways up the road from Sheffield. It a good job I love Scotland to bits and have links there okenest:
