Just come back from an excellent weekend plant course with John Ryder's Woodcraft school. What an excellent course !. As always on Woodcrafts courses, all attendees were impeccably looked after. (especially by Chen, who is a legend in the fire lighting world, and gets up at silly o'clock to ensure we've got a brew water to greet us on getting up). I learnt so much this weekend about our plants and trees and all the uses for medicine, eating and utility. John's knowledge is immense and it's a real joy to learn from someone who is so passionate about their subject matter. An excellent course and highly recommended as are every Woodcraft course I've attended. I've got a weeks holidat this week, so enough of the computer, and off out to see what I can find.
