I saw one of these at Oxford motorway services in the shop for £5.99. Had to buy it for that price,. Made by Waltham should last 10 years if wound up once a week. One 1 min wind up gives 30 min light from 3 led's.
Not bad for an emergency light with no need to worry about flat batteries.

i have 2 at home right now! :D !

one a standard version, the other has a phone charger adapter with 4 phone plugs! each has a switch that you can choose1LED or 3 use, i assume 1 LED lasts longer, but with less power. both are fine for work around camp.

very suited to camping, when light is not needed constantly, but you want a reliable source.

in the Norfolk area buy them from QD stores!
or the CO-OP (garden section)for the phone charger version £4.99 (i think).

top kit! a bit noisey though!

well thought out, one is at home, one is in the car!

if you wanted light all night, for map reading, hiking or as a distress signal, i would look elsewhere because they are heavy and bulky for an LED light. also winding it all night would be a bind!
