My guess is Goldcrest's.

Odd place for either nest to be located and depends if it’s actually finished, long tailed tits are usually in hedgrows and have a tiny entry hole on the side though towards the top, goldcrests are usually on the end of a conifer branch and have a top entry.

It is top entry. In a yew tree.
