Did someone mention something about 'material glue'?

Black and Decker heated glue gun Matey....works fine for me! I made a ghillie suit a few years back for something I was doing and after a few hours with a needle and tread (and a few small holes in my fingers) one of our NCO's wondered over and handed me a glue gun.....finished the rest of the jacket in about 15 minutes.....it's still going strong and none of the glued strips have come off despite lots of crawling about on the deck

Mine is now sewn onto the left arm of my jacket... very dapper like

I sew the hook portion of Velcro onto the backs of all my patches. On several bags, jackets and caps I've got a strip of the loop portion of Velcro sewed on. This way I can wear one patch on several different items. No need to try and procure more than one patch (which in some cases is impossible anyway.) I can also swap things around according to my mood.

Just an idea.

The BCUK T shirts are all logo'd up anyway and I haven't got an army surplus jacket yet !
