My favourite resource for thinking about a new walk is http://www.walkingbritain.co.uk/index.shtml

Lots of walks searchable by district and a grade of severity and most include an intelligible map with that's easy to mark out on your OS map if necessary.

Bloke who runs it supports his hosting with minimal advertising and it appears to be a labour of love. - again, no connection with me - It's just been useful.
