First time poster:

I searched the forum and someone mentioned pennineoutdoor.co.uk and pointnorth.co.uk as good sources for netting,

I was wondering if there were any alternatives? I'm based in the UK.

I need about 5m off the roll. Minimum 130cm wide. The mesh hole size needs to be ~0.7mm or ~800 holes per inch.

Thanks
Paul

Welcome to the forum :D

Midgie netting ? fabrics'n'stuff might carry it too.

Lot of insect netting out there that just doesn't keep the midge out; you're right to specify sizes.

cheers,
Toddy

This outfit have superb midge netting. It's a lot finer than the mesh size you quoted but keeps everything out.

I am a very satisfied customer.

You could always drop Mat a line at UKhammocks too.

His self made woodsman range are specifically midge proof. He 'may' have some to sell.

Thanks for the replies :-)
Just to add to the links for any lurkers, I found some 1000 Holes/Inch net at extremtextil.de, I've ordered a sample.

It would be great if all suppliers provided images like bilmo's above so I could see what I was buying.
