Where to buy leather?

Hello you crafty lot,

I want to get into leather craft a wee bit, maybe make some leather pouches for coffee and other such items and hoped you fine people could point me in the right direction for a trader or website for the materials.

and also any advise on the right needles and thread would be fantastic!

i use Tandy leather UK or the identity store. others may have cheaper websites. Tandy are helpful when they have a sale (which is ever month or two)

Hi. i bought some cheap leather offcuts of the bay, and found www.Leprevo.co.uk very helpfull, they have a lot of how do"s, they will advise you on tools, needles, etc

I like the Identity Store, they seem to sell everything Tandy do (and a wee bit more), but a wee bit cheaper.

Not sure how the postage is after the hike though.

Hi, I don't know if it can be helpful, but I use to buy leather online at www.leatherfor.us, it's a company from Italy (I'm italian from Florence, so I can recognize good quality leather )
