Where can I get whoopie slings etc?

Just decided to give whoopie slings a try after reading the ultimate hang.

So would like some recommendations of wheres the best place to get kitted out with slings, tree straps, clips etc. Would prefer to get it all from one place if possible, so was wondering if anyone knew of the best place to go.

Paracord isn't strong enough for hammock suspension. You need Dyneema

They are a doodle to make and its a fun to make them. I have made loads. You can then make you own soft shackles and continuous loops.

And as spandit says you need Dyneema.

Just ordered a complete set (straps, caribiners and slings) for £28 from DD Hammocks, ended up getting a few other bits too.

To buy the rope costs about £15 anyway so you don't save much. Enjoy them when they arrive!

I got mine from DD Hammocks and am very happy, just watch out for the dye on the whoopie slings the first couple of times you use them.

Ordered from DD hammocks at 4 pm yesterday and arrived today, what a good service. Cant believe how thin the whoopie slings are, I was expecting a thick bit of rope not something that looks like paracord.
