Where can I find this?

I found this when I was attending a meet at Rough Close last August.

It's a folding S hook which I thought was rather novel. Despite numerous searches my Google fu has failed to find a match or equivelant so I thought I'd ask here if anyone knows anything about it.

The closest I can think of are the modern carabiner hooks. Gearaid used to make the Hero (maybe still do):
