Came from the shoe world and ended up as a multi-purpose masterpiece! Once you have tried it you will never reach for anything else.

I would recommend a tube of "shoe goo" - its a liquid rubber type stuff and is excellent.

I used evo stik contact adhesive to glue rubber conveyor belting onto my wooden clog soles. It hasnt come unglued yet although I added a few nails at the heel and toe areas. I once experimented with the 2 pack sealant used on double glazing units, but it didnt work....

McNett freesole is by far the best stuff.

Ive used the rubber glue for punctures to mend my work boots, holds well but it will need clamping together for best results. Before I worked in a garage I used evo stick and also had good results.

i just got some from ebay, is it any good ...

yes it is.

if i recall correctly it can be used to rebuild the sole of a shoe.

it dries quite quickly so you have to work fast. once it dries it is solid.

i used it to attach canvas pads to my ghillie suit - as do the americans so it has to be rather tough.
