What made this track? (Just for fun)

I thought this was a pretty good one and it will provide a bit of a challenge.
To make it tricky, the photo has been cropped and the scale cannot be seen.

A bird of some description, bird of prey maybe or a parrot. I know most birds have 3 toes but sometimes, unless the ground is really soft like snow or mud you only see the print of the two most prominent toes. I would say Deer but there defo not Deer tracks.
