What else are you a member of?

I think I'm a member of too many organisations. I was adding them up a while ago:

Royal British Legion Scotland
Royal College of General Practitioners
Primary Care Cardiology Society
British Association for Shooting and Conservation AND their sworn enemy, RSPB...
Scottish Wildlife Trust
John Muir Trust
Radio Society of Great Britain
RAYNET (emergency comms group)
International Morse Preservation Society
Croatian Telegraphy Club (don't ask)
Royal Signals Amateur Radio Society (an infantry friend commented that he thought the Royal Signals is an amateur radio society. Typical ignorant grunt.:)
The Saint Club
Scottish Canoe Association
Song of the Paddle

Subscriptions range from £400 per annum to nowt.

So what else are you a member of?

Haven't finished my list yet but so far it describes a loony, leftie, hippy library card holder.

I was thinking the same thing
Add in things like the Spinners Weavers Dyers Guild, Galgael Trust, MEDATS, International Experimental Archaeolgy, a mix of re-enactor things, and I'm also a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of Scotland.

Isn't life interesting ? :D

cheers,
Toddy

I'm a member of several forums, its not rocket science working out if its me or not as I use the same username on them all and there never seems to be competition for it when I sign up.

Mostly motorbike forums, a couple that are as near as dammit model specific to the bikes I own and a couple of general ones, then a Ford Transit forum that I look at when theres something wrong with mine and an Arborist forum thats usefull for finding out info about trees and it was where I got the manuals for two the chainsaws I got given recently.

I don't really do clubs though, just not that social I suppose, not really keen on the bike forums "Ride outs" as I like bikes for the time I get on my own, not for the social scene, same to some extent with here.

I never listed forums i'm in,but it's not too many.

I'm not a church member but i know a few reverends that are a great laugh once you've got them by themselves.( not being religious here btw).

I'm only a member of forums, and only forums where I don't have to pay. Oh geese, let me see if I can count them all... Uhhh ya 3. BushcraftUK, though as you can see I'm not a full member (that no paying thing, plus I'm new), The Catapultkid slingshot forum (not a very active member), and The Ocarina Network which is a forum about ocarinas which is an instrument I play occasionally.
