what did santa bring

Well I took the (what would you like for christmas ) as the perfect time to get a couple of thing off my wish list, and what do you know santa came through,I ended up with a swani rangers shirt,tilley t3 hat,DC3 stone and a r.m dvd. so thats me sorted for a couple of years.did anyone else have as much luck.

I guess I must have made the "nice" list this year

I wont bore you with the list but an all brass priest will come in handy and a leather replacement sheath for my Frost Mora from a friend was a fantastic surprise (probably cost double what the knife did but I really hate those plastic sheaths). The Frost is in fact only my "backup" knife to my Bushmantz, but it'll see more use now!

Anyway reason for the post is, my lovely lady bought me a new lantern. Its an Endurance LED Lantern from Attelborough. What can I say but "Superb" 12 LEDs, Bright white light (best light from a battery lantern I've come across) and how long does it last on 4 D cells......wait for it.......10-40 DAYS!! Now I love my coleman pressure lantern, but this LED job is far safer in tents etc. and just great for spring an autumn camping when the nights draw in. A hearty thumbs up from me and a "must have" for those with kids IMO
