Found on a driveway of similar sized marine aggregate, this one was shiny blue in the rain amongst all the whites and browns. If tapped on another stone it is definitely rock and not fired clay and looks like the sort of rock used in aquariums. Any ideas, and how did it get in amongst the gravel?

I think you can get copper ore secondary weathering on some rocks but you really need a fresh surface to see it clearly. Give it a whack! It's always worth having a rock hammer if you're into geology. I got one when I studied it at school. Still got it somewhere.
