My wierdest was one night last winter when I was sleeping out in my debris shelter... Half way through the night, in the wee small hours... I was wakened by a scary low howling/moaning noise... woke up pretty sharpish....and realised it was actually coming from my own mouth... now that's wierd... must have been in some sort of dream....
