Yikes, that thing probably weighs a ton and would make me sweat like there's no tomorrow. That's just me and waxed cotton I'm afraid, other less sweat-prone people seem to get on OK with it.

To give some idea I picked up a huge wax cotton coat that comes down to my ankles at a boot sale the other week for the princely sum of £2.50.

It weighs in at 2.5kg.

They do one with a hood, but it looks to be a slightly different style.
