Waterbottle for canteen

Would like to swap an American canteen dated 1945/6 complete with cup, the date is stamped on, in good condition for a British one of similar vintage and in good condition, the metal one with the cork and green felt with carry strap.

Yes Boet the cover is part of it, and the thing has a belt attatchment a belt loop and a wire hanger.

Yes im in the uk.Youre in the deep south?What, like Bournemouth or Texas?
Ill send you a pic when i find it.It might need a new cork..

Isle of Man, used to live in South Africa, I am from there.Not to worry about the cork can sort that out.
