Before i go the whole hog and buy these items.....

I am looking for some Woolpower 200g longjohns - fairly small (I am 5 ft 3)- don't care if they are on their last legs as I only need to wear them for a week.

Also a Woolpower crew neck top 200g - although I am happy to buy one of these new if needed as I'm likely to get my moneys worth out of it.

I don't know what I have to swap - open to any offers!!
