Poo!! I've just bought a US intermediate bag direct from the States - shipping can be a pain!!!!
If it's any help the new issue British army modular summer bag is very similar in performance and build to the patrol bag. They are available on ebay at reasonable prices and I can highly recommend them, very nice bag.
