Hi everyone - I am looking for a littlbug junior stove if anyone has one they no longer use and would be willing to let go. I saw one demonstrated at the weekend and thought it looked ideal. Please do let me know

Thanks

Do you mean this one?

I don’t think that they are currently available but it looks so easy to make. You don’t even need the inverted version for the alcohol stove. It’s sitting on a rock anyway, just use a bigger rock.

A few days on tinned veg meals and a couple of hours with a hole cutter (you don’t need square holes) and some tin snips/hack saw/Dremel and you’ve got one.

Do they have in stock?

Is it something particular about the littlbug junior that you like, more than the other wood stoves on the market? There are other fold flats, but in box form, and there are other, more sophisticated, cylinder wood gas stoves.

Thank both, that’s the one! I am not wedded to that particular stove except that I saw someone use it last weekend with a trangia burner and a zebra billy can and it was an incredibly neat, pleasing little setup.

C_Claycomb, thank you for the link! Have you used that site before? I can’t see any reviews which makes me a little wary because the prices are almost too good to be true, but if you or someone else here vouch for it that is great!

I bought my Bushbuddy from Fritz Handel direct. It cost more but I didn’t want to support cheap Chinese undercutters. There is a new manufacturer for the Bushbuddy now. I think there are Chinese copies of all successful American and Canadian designed wood stoves.
