Yeah, thickness and cross section of the head, handle shape and the steel collar. Personally, i think another 4" on the handle would make it better.. Might even do it when i get one.

Right I'm with you. Always thought the wildlife needed to be longer. Got chance of a kubben and thinking about a longer Helve on it to make it more efficient.

Only have a couple in stock, a M.O.R.A clone with 80mm blade, in 3mm 01. And one based on the Skookum,

Just looked in the shed. It's not the small outdoor axe it's the Gransfors Bruks Small Forest Axe. It needs a handle replacement but I have seen the handles online for nine quid.
