Venison Ribs

Me and my dad arrived home from fishing and I decided to light a fire with my new fire steel and cook outdoors. Dad brought out some venison ribs and stuck them on too and I've got to say suprised me with how tender and mouthwatering they were.

Here's them done a bit more:

I'm trying to persuade him to give me a leg so I can have a go at cooking them in a pit like I saw on a ray mears show

Those look soooo good. Ribs on the fire have to be the oldest tradition among humans. Of course meagfauna ribs were much larger.

We just slung them on as they were actually, I wanted to taste them without a sauce on them. When I do them again I want to make something for it.
