I hear you. I suffer from the same condition. If there is something out there that is lighter or shinier of titaniumier than something that I already have I always manage to justify it. Even if it's replacing something that I have previously convinced myself is the ultimate best shiny thing ever. I feel your pain.

I definitely suffer with a bad case of SHINYITIS.
Just spent £85 quid on a second hand titanium solo cookset...........the Mrs was not best please lmao

My mrs bought me a titanium stove and cookset for my birthday. I haven't been out since but I find myslef brewing up in the kitchen with it. Next to our instant boil kettle. Luckily she has got used to this kind of behaviour.
