Yeh I class insects as same as shellfish me iv yet to try common beetles ect thanks for the link

Most shellfish are best scoffed up raw with a decent scotch

Though clams drizzled with vodka and tabasco are pretty good. And, of course, cockles with white pepper and vinegar was a dish brought by to us by gods.

I'm thinking of getting bay shellfish seasoning n sprinkling the woodlice with it pan fried nextime
