Nomad lined and proofed polycotton breathable waterproof jacket, size Large.
Large cargo pockets on front, and hanging loops ( the knife is shown for illustration only ).
Handwarmer pockets behind the cargo pockets.
Map pocket behind storm flap and two internal zipped pockets.
Only worn once, my wife used it as a windproof at a festival.

It doesn't say on the label what the proportion of poly to cotton is. All it says is: VENT-EX Breathable coated polycotton shell.
The shiny thing is a brand label.
