From my highly technical investigation into the video (pressing the pause) it looks like a buzzard? (ish)

If you click the gearwheel you can play the video at quarter speed - don't think it is an owl now. If it's the same bird I've seen airborne, it's pretty massive

Pretty sure it's a buzzard. Pale under wings with dark edge. Looks like a pale chest too but can't be sure from the video.

If we use the spindle wheel in the you tube we can slow it down to 1 quarter the speed.....stiill dont have a clue though..Looks too small to be a Buzzard to me. ?
