Turks head knot

Can anyone give me a site for a good tutorial on how to tie a turks head knot please. I've tried a few on you tube and they are rubbish. Any help would be gratefully received as i am very close to showing my laptop the window. Thanks .

make a clove hitch around your hand, then you can plait the two loops with the third. place the outside loop on top of each other and always have the tail passing into the middle (its more complicated to explain than to do,) just make sure the end tail meets the beginning.
Once your happy with it on your hand you can then flatten it if you need to for a mat.
A few goes and then try it on staves etc
