trangia kettle

Hi All

I have been looking at the larger 1.4 litre trangia kettle some websites say this does not fit the 27 or 25 models and some say it fits both, does anyone have any experience of the compatability of this kettle fitting either model

According to Trangias home page the 0.9l (#200324) fits the T25 and the 0,6l (#200325) fits the T27. No mentioning of the T25 or the T27 in regards to the 1.4l (#200245).

Both are probably correct... you can probably use it on either set but I doubt it will nest in either.

Will you be able to put the burner inside the kettle?

I don't store the burner in the kettle, in case it leaks. Meths tainted coffee ain't nice.

I store mine in a round clicky air tight tub.

I replace the O- ring from time to time. Had a leak once, and everything tasted bitter for a few days, hence the profylactic replacement of the o ring.
I store my burner together with the casseroles, coffee pot is stored elswhere. It does not fit it the casserole bundle.
