Trangia 25 series isn't big enough, anything similar that's bigger?

We use a trangia 25 set a lot on all our camping trips. With a gas converter it's perfect for our needs, if it was a little bigger.

Does anyone know if there is a similar kit based stove and pot like a trangia that can take a few types of burner? Or at least a gas burner?

Esbit do a larger stormcooker with 1.8 and 2.3L pots- no hole for a gas burner, but I'm sure it could be converted.

Quite an impressive bit of kit, with heat exchanger pots...

I have a trangia triangle and have used that alongside the 25 stove set.

Two stoves doesn't cut it. The sales blurb says 25 is for 3-4 IIRC but three of us can't cook pasta in it without overflow or not enough water once pasta is in. No way is it 3 people use in an outdoor activity where you have a healthy appetite. Perhaps 2 sparrows and a normal hiker!

We're looking for one pan simple cooking for 3 people. Not big eaters neither. I'm surprised trangia doesn't do bigger sets, perhaps call it the 23 series!

How do the trangia billies fit with the rest of the stove? Do they integrate somehow?

I have a Tatonka pan set and that fits inside the trangia windshield on the support legs.

I’m sure it is this one that fits OK.
As a family of three we have used it for larger meals and as a kettle to make enough water for three hot drinks. It’s actually a great pan for using on a fire. Thick base and the lid can actually be used to fry ok.

Looking again it could be the 2.5 litre that fits?? I’ll see if I can find it and try it inside my 25 windshield.

Thanks for the suggestions. We will look into getting one. Once we get another car related crisis sorted (a lot of white or grey smoke out of our pug exhaust) and get the free cash again. Loaded the pug up for the weekend and now it's letting us know it's not happy!!!

The Billy cans work great when you need that extra room to cook.
Is the coolant going down in the pug

No it's stopped now. The oil and coolant are exactly where they were. Coolant on max line. Oil was on midway between min and Max two weeks plus ago and on Thursday at the same point on the dipstick.

Probably no issue but to be sure my partner wants the garage to check it over. Her call as she's going on a long journey in it end of next week.

In two weeks we'll have our Octavia so it'll not be so big an issue.

Might get the Billy can afterall.
