Hi Everyone!
Joe Hutto (Illumination in the Flatwoods/"My Life as a Turkey") has made another awesome film for PBS Nature here in the US. The film coincided with the April 1st release of his latest book, Touching the Wild: Living with the Mule Deer of Deadman Gulch. He spends almost seven years living every day with a herd of mule deer in Wyoming’s Wind River mountains.
Here is a link to the PBS site where you can view the video: PBS: Touching the Wild
If you are unfamiliar with Joe Hutto, here is a link that contains some background, links to both of his videos, and lists his books: My Life as a Mule Deer
I have not yet read his new book. But it is on my list!
Regards,
- Woodsorrel
