The pleasure/agony of anticipation

I was recommended a book by Southey of these here parts
After a few days of internal debate i crumbled and bought a copy through amazon.
The delivery estimate date was between 14th may and the 6th of june
it has not yet arrived but i am starting to notice the post man has developed a slight nervous twitch as he walks through my front gate....almost like he is expecting me to wrench the door open and demand my post (i've only done it a couple of times.....this past week)

i know it's still in its estimated dates but i'm really getting narky because it isn't here yet
just wanted to share my impatience with you all

If its any help I ordered something from Amazon recently and it arrived 4 days later via RM 1st class post...

I find that looking at the following helps me with focus in my life...

Lol !, i've bought a few things recently, but one thing i've paid for, has'nt arrived yet, but stuff i've orderd after it has arrived. Its still in the delivery date time frame, but that does'nt make me feel any better !.
