Well the misses was after a new loaf tin..
It was used in anger for the first time today

Its a 4lb loaf tin :) Saves making 2 2lb ones lol
Going to have a lawn sausage sarnie tomorrow will let you know how it tastes....

You must have a nice big oven. My army oven might accomodate that but our domestic one certainly wouldn't.

the oven shelf needed to be turned upside down so the tin could go right back, and in the last 10 min of baking Deb's turned it 180 so not to over cook it at one end :)

She thought the tin would be a bit wider and not so long,,, might need to commission one from a metal worker/black smith........hint hint ;)

OH NOW THAT IS HEAVEN right there fresh hot bread from the oven one of my favorite things simple for me little butter real butter and some honey good cuppa tea/coffee preffer coffee though LOL
