The Kwik Thumb Bar

I recently lost patience fumbling with my knife blade opening feed sacks and invested in a Kwik Thumb bar from The Bushcraft Store. I had heard of them before but not invested. I'm glad I have now.

I have 2 Kwik thumb studs which I use on various slip joints but I always remove them if I sell the knives to keep for the next one I get

I can understand that. I really like my knife but the bar will make it much more convenient! I was surprised at the difference between the stud & the bar but have put the stud on my TBS Boar which is chunky enough to need it.

Anyone already tested or know if any of the 3 types of these item's would fit a GERBER B.G Grandfather knife.

Can't help with that knife. Alan pointed out and its a good comment that these are best suited to single blade knives as, with things like a SAK, the stud would compromise opening other blades and tools.
